Crystal was born and raised in Cranston, RI and has been a real estate sales associate since 2017. She has worked as a videographer and photographer since 2010. She has filmed high-end weddings all over the state, is well versed in real estate photography, and has created commercial media for local businesses. These experiences have given her a wealth of knowledge of the state, from Washington to Bristol county. She has experience in single-family and multi-family sales and enjoys the diversity that Rhode Island has to offer. She and her husband, Jonathan Annear, work together as a real estate team. Together, they offer clients a more complete and comprehensive buying experience. When they are not working, they can be found spending time with family or renovating their circa 1893 Victorian home in Cranston.
