Doug was born and raised on Providence’s West Side. He has been in the real estate brokerage business for over 20 years and the real estate business for 25 years.
He has experience in single-family, multi-family & condo sales, development, commercial property and redevelopment. As a property owner and developer, he is aware of the challenges facing the real estate industry in today’s dynamic marketplace.
Doug has managed many real estate partnerships – all successful and profitable. Year after year Doug has highly produced sales well over the $15 million mark. His experience with zoning, development & re-purposing property has led to many successful projects throughout the Greater Providence Area.
With any aspect of Real Estate Doug is able to help manage his clients from start to finish in the process. His knowledge has led to starting successful brokerage, Broadway Real Estate Group in 2015. Doug is a liaison for not just his agents but many people within the industry. He is one that many look to for advice or to consult with.
